During the operation in Chechnya, several Russian officers are captured and the Englishman, John, together with his girlfriend. Only he is set free and demanded that he bring a huge ransom for his beloved. The guy returns to Russia and tries to find money, but nothing comes of it. Then he, along with the Russian peasant Ivan, goes to rescue the girl, and they find her barely alive and naked in a deep pit of torture.
